アメリカのシーワールドのシャチのショーで、従来から使用されている有名な楽曲の一つ、「Side by Side ～SeaWorld Attraction～」の歌詞の内容の一部が、シーワールドにおけるシャチの未来を予知していたのではないかという声が寄せられています。
具体的には、この楽曲の冒頭における「When a generation’s coming of age, choosing a path, turning the page」（訳：世代が終了した後、岐路に立たされ、新しい1ページが始まる）の部分が、シーワールドが2016年3月に発表した、シャチの繁殖中止と展示形式の変更に、内容が重なります。
アメリカのシャチのショーについては、2016年3月のシーワールドの発表により、それまでの飼育方針と展示形式を大きく変更し、繁殖の中止と、ショーよりもむしろ、海洋動物の教育、海洋科学研究と海洋動物の救出に重点を置いた、より新しい感動的な自然な展示を目指すという方向性が示されました。
